How to Find Potential Housemate Matches

Follow these simple steps to filter the directory and find profiles that match your preferences:

Step 1: Open the Housemate Finder Directory

1. 1. Log in to your account.
   2. Click on the Housemate Finder Directory link in the upper-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Set Your Filters

1. 1. Choose your preferences to narrow your search:

• • • Desired Housing Location: Choose number of miles, change km to miles then start typing in the city you want to be withing the miles of chosen location. Example: 25 Miles of Fort Wayne Indiana.|
    • Housemate Gender: Select “Male, Female, Other”
    • Age: Type in between what ages you would like. Example: between 25 and 35.
    • Housemate Smoker: Select Yes or No.
    • Medicaid Waiver: Select Yes or No

Step 3: Search for Matches

1. 1. Scroll down to the bottom of the filter options.
   2. Click the green Search button to see profiles that match your filters.

Step 4: Review Profiles

1. 1. Look through the list of matches.
   2. Click on a name to open their profile.
   3. Read the profile details carefully. Shape

Step 5: Take Action

After carefully reviewing the chosen profile, if you find someone who seems like a good match, you can:

1. 1. Add them as a friend to connect.
   2. Send a private message to introduce yourself.

Other options are:

1. 1. Block the person to prevent further interaction.
   2. Report the profile if there are any concerns.

Step 7: Keep Searching

Repeat these steps as needed to refine your filters and review profiles until you find the right match!
