  • Accept responsibility for activity on your account.

You must use the Service in a safe, respectful, and lawful way.

  • Pornographic content where it is not allowed by the Service’s age rating
  • Spam, scams, impersonation, fraud, or misleading behavior
  • Doxxing or sharing private information about someone without permission
  • Anything that violates laws or another person’s rights

If you post, send, or share objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior, we may remove content immediately and suspend or permanently ban your account.

5) User-Generated Content (“UGC”)

The Service may allow users to create, upload, post, send, or share content such as text, photos, profile details, comments, or messages (“User Content”).

A) You are responsible for what you share

You are responsible for your User Content and your actions on the Service. Do not share anything you do not have the legal right to share.

B) License you grant to Advocacy Links

By submitting User Content, you grant Advocacy Links a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and display), publish, display, and distribute that User Content only as needed to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service and to enforce this Agreement.

C) We may remove content

We may remove, limit visibility of, or restrict access to User Content at any time if we believe it violates this Agreement or creates risk or harm.

6) Required Safety Tools: Filtering, Reporting, Blocking, and Response Time

Because the Service includes user-generated content, we provide and enforce the following:

A) Filtering / reducing objectionable content

We use reasonable measures to help reduce objectionable content. These may include keyword filters, automated screening, limits on posting, and/or holding some content for review.

B) Reporting (“Flagging”) objectionable content

Users can report User Content or user accounts using in-Service reporting tools. If a reporting tool is not available for a specific area of the Service, users can report concerns by contacting Support at Info@Advocacy-Links.net.

C) Blocking abusive users (and immediate removal from your view)

Users can block other users. When you block someone:

  1. Their content is removed from your feed/view immediately.
  2. They may be prevented from contacting you through the Service (depending on features).
  3. The block may notify Advocacy Links so we can review for abuse and policy violations.

D) Our moderation commitment (within 24 hours)

We will review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. If we confirm a violation, we will remove the content and may suspend or permanently ban the user who posted it.

E) Emergencies

The Service is not an emergency service. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.

7) Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated this Agreement or created risk or harm. We may also remove content connected to violations.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If the Service provides an account deletion option, you may use it. Otherwise, contact Support.
