How to Contact Support on Housemate Finder

1 . Go to your profile.

  • Click the message icon to open the message center.

2. Compose a new message.

  • In the message center, click “Compose.”

3. Add the recipient.

  • In the “Send @Username” field, type @support. Select @support
    Kim Hargis
    from the dropdown or leave it as @support.

4. Enter a subject.

  • In the “Subject” field, type a short description of your issue,
    similar to an email subject.

5. Write your message.

  • In the “Message” box, provide detailed information about your
    issue or question. The more detail you include, the better support can
    assist you.

6. Send your message.

  • Click “Send.”
  • Watch for a reply in your Housemate Finder message notifications
    or your email.


Alternative Method: Using the Contact Form

1. Go to the top website menu.

2. Select “Keeping You Safe – Submit Issues” under the “Help and Resources” section.

3 Fill out the form.

  • Provide the required details about your issue or question.

4. Submit the form by clicking the submit button.
